THE BASELINE RESTORATION PROTOCOL™
A structured program designed for individuals who experienced a significant health crash and have not fully returned to baseline — especially those whose medical evaluations are normal or non-explanatory.
Some people experience a period of illness, prolonged stress, infection, mold exposure, overexertion, trauma, or a combination — and while the acute event passes, the body does not return to baseline.
Medical testing may appear “normal,” yet symptoms persist and become unpredictable.
Symptoms may flare more easily, last longer than expected, or affect multiple systems at once.
This pattern may reflect cumulative regulatory load.
Cumulative regulatory load refers to the total strain placed on the nervous system and related stress-response systems. When that load exceeds recovery capacity, the body may have difficulty returning to baseline.
This can present as rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, fatigue that does not resolve with rest, post-exertional crashes, histamine intolerance, brain fog, anxiety, and much more.
While this framework does not replace medical care, it aims to address the underlying regulatory strain that can contribute to chronic symptoms. It focuses on reducing overall nervous system load, improving regulation, and helping the body respond more fully to the care you’re already receiving.
This protocol does not diagnose illness.
It does not replace medical care.
It focuses on lowering regulatory load, and improving how the nervous system responds to stress and recovery demands.
It should be used alongside ongoing medical evaluation and care.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This framework may be appropriate if you:
Experienced a noticeable decline in baseline function following cumulative stress exposure (illness, environmental exposure, trauma, prolonged stress, or a combination).
Continue to experience multi-system symptoms despite normal or non-explanatory medical testing.
Notice strong stress–symptom coupling or reduced tolerance for everyday demands.
Have tried multiple interventions without lasting improvement.
A NOTE ON SCOPE
This framework does not diagnose, replace medical evaluation or treatment, or offer rapid symptom suppression.
This work focuses on nervous system regulatory state and physiological capacity. It is designed to complement medical care while addressing the regulatory patterns that may persist after acute events have resolved.
WHERE TO START
01. Regulatory Load Index™ Self-Assessment
The Regulatory Load Index™ is a multiple-choice self-assessment designed to help identify patterns of cumulative stress load, reactivity, and baseline instability.
It provides a starting framework for understanding whether regulatory load may be a contributing factor in chronic symptoms.
This assessment does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions. It is intended to support pattern recognition and informed decision-making.
02. Explore the Baseline Restoration Protocol™
The framework. provides an educational pathway outlining the model, tools, and pacing principles used to support stabilization and baseline recovery.
Review the concepts, structure, and pacing principles before deciding whether this approach is appropriate for your needs.
